Please know that shipping times do not include time to process your order. All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. When there is a high volume of orders, your order may be delayed by up to five business days.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Any delays after this point are carrier issues and outside our control.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9AM to 5PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We offer international shipping to all countries.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping times vary, but usually range from 8 to 20 days, depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kewanna Screen Printing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
As our main shipping partner does not ship to Post Office boxes, please list your physical address. If you do not have a physical address and P.O. box is your only option please contact our customer service team by phone (800) 348-2454 or email email@example.com.
Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
Kewanna Screen Printing has a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with the items in your order, return them for a refund. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. For more information view our Return Policy page.
