30 Day Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days and does not include custom or customized stock. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have lapsed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. We charge a 15% restocking fee.
All sales of customized labels/tags are final. If you feel there was an error in printing your order, please reach out to a customer service representative at 800-348-2454.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However if you order the wrong product in error, send us the product back in original packaging. Please know that we do charge a 15% restocking fee. Please notify us of your exchange by phone (800) 348-2454 or email, info@kspprints.com, and ship your item via UPS Ground to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the replacement will be deducted from said refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
