Description

Cylinder labels 

Shoulder or neck labels help to identify the gas contained in a cylinder.  Moreover, the label includes hazards, handling instructions, storage, and first aid.  Specifically, this UN1001 Acetylene neck label states all cylinders should be secured in storage and use. Uniformly, cylinder labels maintain the same format.  This makes it easy to find the necessary information in an emergency.  All of our adhesive-backed labels use the best inks on outdoor grade vinyl for minimal fading and durability.  In the same vein, permanent hi-tack adhesive ensures your label stays in place.  Additionally, these shoulder labels are laminated with clear polyester to add abrasion resistance.

DANGER:  FLAMMABLE LIQUID AND GAS UNDER PRESSURE.  CAN FORM EXPLOSIVE MIXTURES WITH AIR.
MAY CAUSE RAPID SUFFOCATION.  MAY CAUSE FROSTBITE.  SECURE ALL CYLINDERS WHILE IN STORAGE.
PREVENTION:  Keep away from heat, flame and sparks. Cylinder temperature should not exceed 125F (52C). Do not get liquid
in eyes, on skin or clothing. Keep valves and fittings free from oil and grease. Use equipment rated for cylinder
pressure.  Close valve after each use and when empty.  Leaking gas fire; Do not extinguish unless
leak can be stopped safely.  In case of leakage, eliminate all ignition sources.  Do not open until
prepared to use. Always use a backflow preventative device in piping.  Use in accordance with
Safety Data Sheet and safety precautions recommended by the supplier.
 FIRST AID:  IF INHALED, remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration.  If breathing is difficult,
Call a physician. IN CASE OF FROSTBITE, obtain immediate medical attention.  STORAGE:  Store in well-ventilated place.

30 Day Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have lapsed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. We charge a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should ship your product via UPS Ground to: Kewanna Screen Printing 109 South Toner Street Kewanna, IN 46939 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the replacement will be deducted from said refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
