Recycling Rules
Recycling is market driven, meaning that there might be a market for specific recyclables in one town but not in a neighboring municipality. As markets change, so do recycling programs. Perhaps you have a different buyer and they have different specifications for how they accept recyclables. For instance, they want lids and caps removed from bottles. You need something for your collection bins saying please remove lids and caps. We call these recycling rules. And we make stickers or decals for that, and this is where you find them.
