For many years screen printing has been one of best ways to produce quality decals. Screen printing gives high quality image resolution, longevity, and allows the printer to print the same image many times very quickly.  This ability to reproduce images quickly makes screen printing an affordable manufacturing process for creating large quatities of the same decal.   Kewanna Screen Printing has been manufacturing decals this way for over 40 years.

The downside to screen printing is that for each separate color a screen must be built, equipment set up, and that color printed, and equipment tore down.  This makes sceen printing expensive for customers that need only a small quantity or many different colors on their decals.  This is where the digital printer can pick up the slack!

Digital printers require very little set up.  As soon as the image is set up in the computer the printing can begin.  Digital printing can create any color or shade and uses a computer controlled knife to cut images after printing, giving the customers the colors or cuts desired.
